Are you experienced in caring for newborns? Do you feel passionate about guiding new parents as they welcome a baby into their lives? North Jersey Doulas is looking for nurturing, experienced doulas to join our growing team!

At North Jersey Doulas, you’ll have a unique opportunity to collaborate with a team of certified, highly experienced, and professional doulas who share a genuine passion for serving women and their families. Our collaborative approach ensures the highest standard of care, and all of our packages are fully customizable to meet each client’s individual needs.

We partner with a wide network of local professionals committed to providing holistic, community-based support. By embracing motherhood and womanhood as a whole, we deliver compassionate care that truly resonates with the families we serve.

Doula Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of TDAP, flu and Covid vaccines

• Current infant, child and adult CPR certification

• Ability to pass reference checks and background clearances (performed on all eligible applicants)

• Availability for flexible part-time (and overnight) hours

• Your own vehicle to travel to and from clients’ homes

• Liability Insurance
